My name is Jürgen Reis (born 1976) and I’ve been working as a body and mind coach since 2003. I’m also a former World Cup climber and a former general aviation (motor glider) pilot.
I've traveled the world in high-performance sport — facing pressure, jetlag, fatigue, and intense physical and mental demands. Everything I coach today is grounded in real-life experience and refined through two decades of working with people in the fields of training, nutrition, and mental performance.
